Hello EWI of Tulsa.
 
The holiday season is in full swing.  Once Thanksgiving is over and the Christmas holidays kick in, it seems like the year goes by like a snap of the finger.  I am anticipating an even greater year in 2023 for the EWI of Tulsa Chapter.  Your current Board of Directors are working diligently to create an even stronger Chapter.  This is going to be a very productive year for us as the upcoming monthly programming and the professional and personal development offerings will provide great value to you, our member firms, and our community.
 
We held a committee sign-up night at the November Chapter Meeting, and it was such a well-received event.  Each Committee Chair did a great job presenting, and I look forward to their continued success as they work to energize and add value to the Chapter.  If you happened to have missed the event, please let me or any of our Committee Chairs know that you are interested in serving.  Here is a quick and easy reference list:

Our next Chapter Meeting will be held on December 8^th at The Discovery Lab.  This meeting will be a philanthropic program, and our guest speakers will be representatives from The Lindsay House.  They will speak about the services Lindsay House provides and how it greatly impacts the lives of so many women and children within our community.  If you wish to donate, please bring your items to this meeting.  We will send our donations with The Lindsay House representatives that evening ensuring they are received for holiday distributions.
 
Lastly, I want to provide a couple of reminders and updates:

• Please remember to RSVP for every chapter meeting using the link provided in the monthly meeting notice and Connect newsletter.  If you are unable to attend a meeting, please let our Sergeant-At-Arms Sara Shaklee know within 24 hours of the meeting so she can remove you from the headcount.  No RSVP and no-shows will be invoiced to cover the meeting dinner expense.
• Our January meeting will be a time of creativity so bring your vision, hopes, and dreams for an exciting 2023.
