What a great way to start the year!

Thank you to all the ladies who made it an awesome night, thank you to Sarah Hall and the programs committee for a fabulous program, and thank you to Susan Miller for arranging the use of the Bishops Building.

Tracy Walker gave us the motivation to just get up and move. Melissa Rutherford taught us to just breathe: take in a deep breath (count to 4), hold it for 4, exhale for 8 and repeat. Cathy Sullins and Debbie Ash showed us how to increase our brain function by changing up our routines, like brushing your teeth or combing your hair with the non-dominant hand.
We welcomed new reps Jill Nammari representing Social Vention and we had some familiar faces as we pinned Trish Richey representing Helmerich and Payne and Eva Blair representing Magoon and Associates. The food by Zoe’s is always one of my favorites.

Our membership committee is working diligently on bringing in new members. As always, we have lost a couple members this year, so we need your help in riding the wave of energy and continuing to make the Tulsa chapter great.

Did You Know???

We have added an icebreaker before each meeting starts to facilitate networking as requested by YOU, our members! Make sure to get to the meeting for the 5:30 - 6:00 to participate.

This March will be our 61st Anniversary! We will celebrate with a Mini Trade Show Night. If you would like to set up a table and share about your company you can sign up at the February Meeting.

  • Each speaker was engaging and knowledgeable about their subject.
  • All three speakers spoke to our theme and complemented each other well.
  • Loved all the speakers. Very good information.
  • I have enjoyed the Bishop's Building every time we have visited there for our EWI Chapter meetings. Well managed, great space.
  • As one of our speakers pointed out, our menu was great "brain" food. I always enjoy Zoe's.
  • The venue was very good, however, when arriving between 6:10 and 6:15 p.m., the doors were locked and no access to get in. I was lucky to get someone's attention to let me in.
